Take the HEAL Challenge!
By choosing to participate in the HEAL Challenge, you are taking steps to improve your health. Keep track of your progress by completing at least five HEAL activities and document one activity by:
• Taking a photo, or having someone else take a photo, of you in the middle of your HEAL activity.
• Sending in your favorite new (or old) healthy recipe.
• Write a poem or story about a new experience in healthy eating or being physically active.
• Draw or paint a picture of you and/or your family completing your HEAL activities
Fill in the HEAL Challenge Entry either through:
Printing and mailing to OCP
OR
Saving and emailing to jfischer@ocpvt.org
DON'T forget to send in your photo, recipe, poem or picture of your being HEALthy!
